Joy joined our firm in July of 2024 as a Probate Paralegal bringing more than fifteen years of legal experience, primarily in Estate Administration and Probate. Her professional background also includes Estate Planning, Family Law, Business Law, and General Civil Litigation. In addition, she has several years of experience in business and financial management. As part of our Probate Team, Joy is passionate about helping families through the estate administration process and provides reassurance as they are going through a very difficult time. She focuses on serving the needs of our clients.

Joy is a native North Carolinian and grew up in Dunn. She is a graduate of Meredith College in Raleigh, N.C. with a degree in Business Administration. She currently resides in Fuquay-Varina with her husband, where they are active in their local church, Intentional Love Baptist. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, volunteering at church, gardening, the outdoors, exercising, and attending N.C. State Wolfpack sporting events.
