Amanda joined our team in January of 2021 as an experienced Estate Administration, Probate, and Guardianship Lawyer. Her main goal in this area of practice is to focus on helping families through the estate administration and guardianship process in a thoughtful, practical, and efficient manner, which ensured a good fit from the beginning with Cary Estate Planning. Having previously worked as an Assistant Clerk of Court in Wake County, overseeing the administration of thousands of estates from the Clerk’s perspective, she brings a unique skill set and experience to our team.
Amanda is a Wilson County, North Carolina, native and graduated from Appalachian State before attending law school at Campbell University School of Law in Raleigh. Since graduating law school, she has focused primarily on probate, estate administration, and estate planning with clients both in the Triangle and throughout the state of North Carolina.
In Amanda’s free time she enjoys gardening, cooking, and being outside with her husband and three daughters.
