Estate Planning Lawyer
Danielle joined Cary Estate Planning in March 2025 after practicing Estate Planning and Estate Administration with a firm in Raleigh, and prior to that, a firm in the DC metro area. Danielle is licensed to practice law in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia, regularly representing clients in all five jurisdictions. She graduated summa cum laude from North Carolina State University with two degrees (Political Science and Philosophy of Law) and then went on to receive her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School in Washington, DC.
Danielle’s practice is open to all and she aims to create a safe space for her clients. When you work with Danielle, she becomes part of your team, ready to navigate life’s complexities and build a plan that works for you and those you hold dear. She is dedicated to creating an inclusive space in the legal field and to that end, serves as the committee chair for the diversity and inclusion committee for the Estate Planning Section of the NCBA, as well as serving as Vice Chair of the board of directors for Life Experiences, a charitable organization in Cary, NC aiming to increase access to programming and employment for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Danielle and her partner, Jesse, a USMC veteran and employee of the Raleigh Fire Department, spend their off hours wrangling their own personal zoo – Hattie (Toddler), Sadie (Bulldog), Zuma (Chocolate Lab) and Olive (Cat). Danielle prefers to spend any actual free time in one of two places: on the back of a horse, or breaking a sweat at OrangeTheory. Danielle and her family are active members of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Raleigh, NC.
