Moriah is a Virginia native and earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. She relocated to North Carolina in 2017 and began her career in public service as a police officer for the City of Fayetteville. In 2020, Moriah began working as a Legal Assistant at the Johnston County District Attorney’s Office. During her tenure, she was a part of the Domestic Violence Team and the Superior Court Team and also served in Supervisory  Administrative Assistant roles. Moriah joined Cary Estate Planning in the fall of 2025.  In her free time, Moriah enjoys reading fiction, going for nature walks, and cuddling up with her dogs, Charlotte and Bear.
